We handle a wide variety of resin types, each of which requires finishing techniques that are suited to their particular characteristics. They range from the general use plastics, such as polypropylene (PP) and polyvinylchloride (PVC) to high-molecular-weight engineering plastics. We not only specialize in the polishing and trimming of fluorine-based resin materials, such as polymonochlorotrifluoroethylene (PCTFE, or Kel-F) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE, or Teflon), we also stand out with superior techniques used in custom products requiring complex structures, finishing and welding. The Resins Divisions is divided into two sections: one is responsible for the mass-production of single-mold finished products whereas the other handles small-lot custom-designed products that are carved and assembled from resin blocks.
